Shipping policy
I am currently able to ship only to certain countries listed in the checkout process.
If your country is outside of this list you can send me an email to jeje.things.ceramics@gmail.com and we can see if it is possible to ship.
The shipments are sent from Barcelona (Spain) and I take care of packing them very carefully so that the pieces do not suffer any damage.
Once the order has been processed, you will receive an email with the tracking number. I can not be responsible for delays in shipments once delivered to the shipping agency.
International shipments might be subject to additional duty fees which are payable by buyer.
