Production & Pre-orders If an item is out of stock and marked as Pre-order, it will be handmade specifically for you. In these cases, the production time is indicated within the product description. I appreciate your patience in respecting the artisanal rhythm of the studio.
Worldwide Shipping

Europe: Standard shipping is available through the checkout.

Outside Europe & International: For orders outside of Europe, please contact the studio at hello@jejethings.com. I will provide a custom shipping quote and assist you personally with the process.

Preparation: Orders in stock are prepared within 2–5 working days.

Transit Time: Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2–5 working days, depending on the carrier’s conditions.
Delivery Terms (UPS) UPS makes one delivery attempt. They will notify you of the estimated date via email. If absent, your package will be redirected to the nearest UPS Access Point. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking code via email.
Damages & Returns I take great care in packaging each piece. However, if your order arrives damaged, please notify me within 72 hours of receipt at hello@jejethings.com.

Important: Please keep all original packaging (box and protection) and send photographs of both the damaged pieces and the packaging. Do not dispose of anything until the process is resolved.

Upon receipt of the damaged items, a full refund for the pieces will be issued.
Standard Returns If you wish to return a piece for reasons other than damage, shipping and return costs will be at your expense. Once the items are received in their original condition, a refund for the cost of the pieces will be processed.
