SHIPMENT POLICITY

International shipments are available.

Shipments are prepared within 2-5 working days.

The shipping time from these days is around 2-3 working days, but this always depends on the shipping company and their circumstances.

Home deliveries: only one delivery attempt is made. UPS notifies the estimated delivery date via email. If the recipient is absent, the package will be delivered to the nearest UPS Access Point.

Once the order has been shipped I will send you an email with the tracking code.

VERY IMPORTANT:


Once you receive your order, you should verify that all the pieces are in good condition. If they are, you can proceed to dispose of the box and all the contents used for protection. If there is any damage to the pieces, you must notify me within 72 hours of receiving the order. You will need to send me photographs of the box and the pieces. VERY IMPORTANT: do not throw away the box or the protective material; you may need to reuse it for the return.

Once I receive the pieces, I will proceed to refund the amount for the pieces.

If you decide to return pieces for a reason other than damage caused during transportation, the shipping and return costs will be at your expense. Once I receive the pieces and confirm that they are in the condition in which they were sent, I will proceed to refund the cost of the pieces.
